If you are working or in school and need full time child care services, you will be required to enroll your child for Early Head Start, Head Start, or the Pre-K Counts Program.
Hilltop Community Children's Center was established in 1988 to serve working families in South Pittsburgh via child care and parent support needs. We are recognized by NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) for having high-quality early childhood programs, and have received the highest four star rating by the Pennsylvania Keystone Stars.
